Any violation of the above provisions shall constitute a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to immediately terminate your service access, cancel unshipped orders, and restrict subsequent purchases without prior notice.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders to any user at our sole discretion, for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to policy violation, fraudulent behavior, malicious disputes, and abnormal order transactions.

User content unrelated to payment may be transmitted in an unencrypted manner during network transmission. All payment-related information is fully encrypted. We do not store credit or debit card information on our servers.

No part of our website content, products, services, or transaction channels may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, resold, exploited, or disseminated for commercial purposes without our explicit written authorization.

All section headings in these Terms are for reading convenience only and do not constitute legal restrictions or binding interpretations of any provisions.

SECTION 4 - INFORMATION ACCURACY & TIMELINESS

All content on this website is for general reference only. We do not warrant that all product descriptions, pictures, parameters, pricing, and service information are completely accurate, complete, or error-free at all times. Users shall not rely solely on website content for transaction decisions, and any reliance on website information is at your own risk.

The website may retain historical updated information, which is not real-time and only for reference. We reserve the right to modify website content and product information at any time without obligation to actively notify users or update historical content.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, CUSTOM ORDERS & LIMITATIONS

All keycap products sold on this website are available exclusively through online sales, with limited stock for some styles. All return and exchange behaviors are strictly governed by our official Return & Refund Policy.

We strive to restore product colors and details through shooting and display technology. However, due to manual production characteristics, PBT material traits, dye-sublimation craftsmanship, photography lighting, and different monitor display differences, slight color deviation and tiny texture differences are normal and do not constitute product quality defects. Such normal traits do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund under our Return & Refund Policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Custom Keycap & Bulk OEM Order Special Provisions: All personalized custom orders and bulk customized orders are produced according to user-specific requirements. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Cancellation requests submitted before production starts are subject to review and may incur a processing fee of 5% of the total order value, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. We clearly inform users of production cycles and process risks in advance, and user payment confirms full acceptance of custom order rules.

We reserve the right to limit the purchase quantity, sales area, and user group of products, and to discontinue any product style at any time. Any invalid product offer in prohibited regions is automatically void.

We do not warrant that the actual product experience will fully meet user subjective expectations, and do not guarantee that all service errors will be completely repaired.

SECTION 6 - BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION ACCURACY

We reserve the right to review, limit, or cancel orders. For repeated purchases, batch orders, abnormal address orders, and orders suspected of being resold or traded by dealers, we have the right to intercept and cancel orders unilaterally and notify users via reserved email.

You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, billing information, and shipping information during registration and ordering. You shall timely update account information changes to ensure smooth transaction completion and service notification reception.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & SERVICES

Our website may provide access to third-party payment tools, logistics query tools, and auxiliary functional tools. We use PayPal and Airwallex as our primary payment processors, both of which are regulated third-party payment providers.

You use third-party tools entirely at your own risk, and we shall not bear any liability for losses arising therefrom.

SECTION 9 - USER SUBMISSIONS & FEEDBACK

If you actively send creative suggestions, order feedback, comments, and other content to us through website messages, emails, or other channels, you authorize us to permanently use, edit, reproduce, and display such content without additional compensation and confidentiality obligations.

We have the right but not the obligation to monitor, edit, or delete user comments that are illegal, offensive, infringing, or inappropriate.

You guarantee that all user-submitted content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, portrait rights, and legal rights, and does not contain illegal, abusive, or malicious program codes. You shall bear full responsibility for your submitted content, and we do not assume relevant liability.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal, void, or unenforceable by a valid legal institution, the invalid part shall be severed automatically, and the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable without any impact.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

All liability clauses and dispute resolution clauses of these Terms shall continue to take effect after service termination, covering all transactions and behaviors before termination.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by stopping website access and notifying us via email. We may also terminate your account and service access at any time if you violate any Terms provisions, and you shall bear all outstanding liabilities.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior oral and written agreements and communications. No failure to enforce any clause shall constitute a waiver of the clause right. Any ambiguity of these Terms shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and all cross-border transaction disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict of law principles.

For customers residing outside China, the choice of law shall not deprive the customer of the mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of their country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court where our business entity is located.

SECTION 19 - SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

The user is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at the time of order placement. We are not liable for any loss, delay, or additional cost caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error provided by the user, the user shall bear all re-shipping costs. No refund or replacement will be issued for orders returned due to address errors unless the user pays the re-shipping fee.

We reserve the sole right to modify and update these Terms at any time. Updates shall take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users shall check the latest version regularly. Continued use of the website after updates confirms acceptance of the revised Terms.
